Service Description

This workshop is to provide individuals with answers to basic family law questions. Topics include, but are not limited to: 1. What is "conservatorship"? 2. If we have joint custody, is child support required? 3. Do grandparents have rights in Texas? 4. Do I have to share my retirement and bank accounts in the divorce if everything was kept in my name? This service is scheduled with 4 or more individuals.

Cancellation Policy

If there is a cancellation seven or more days prior to your session, there will be no fee. If there is a cancellation between four and seven days, there will be a 50% fee for the session. If there is a cancellation within three days of the scheduled session, the entire fee is owed but may be applied to a rescheduled session. Thank you for your understanding since time slots are limited and fill quickly.
